Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern every purchase made on lalemarketingou.com. By placing an order you accept them. The seller is:

1. Products and prices

All products are unisex apparel produced to order. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

2. Ordering and contract

An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment is authorised. You receive an order confirmation by email; the contract of sale is concluded when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of payment failure, suspected fraud or product unavailability, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

4. Delivery

Made-to-order items are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the procedure.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory two-year conformity guarantee under EU consumer law. If an item is defective, contact us with photos and your order number and we will repair, replace or refund it.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, text and images on this site are the property of LALE MARKETING OÜ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Consumers also benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
