Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Every item is printed to order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves.

2. Delivery times and destinations

• Spain and Portugal: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the European Union: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
• Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Other destinations: please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates; carriers may experience delays during peak periods.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shown before you pay. Any free-shipping promotions are indicated on the product or cart page.

4. Customs and duties

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For destinations outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Problems with delivery

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email contacto@lalemarketingou.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and replace or refund the order as appropriate.
