Returns & Refunds

1. Right of withdrawal

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition.

2. How to return

• Email contacto@lalemarketingou.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
• We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
• Send the parcel back within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

3. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded when the entire order is returned within the withdrawal period.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If the item has not yet been printed, we can usually change it without a return.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. The statutory two-year conformity guarantee applies to all products.
